Terms of use

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply to the Ghosted eats app and website, published by Aditha Jayasuriya. By using Ghosted you agree to them.

What Ghosted is

Ghosted eats is a parody and a habit tool. It looks and works like a food delivery app, but no food is ordered, prepared or delivered, and no money is charged or paid out. Restaurants, menus, prices, reviews and drivers are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business or person is a coincidence. Payday, kept, points and rewards are numbers inside Ghosted with no cash value and can't be withdrawn or exchanged.

Using it

Friends and what you post

Not financial advice

"Kept" is an estimate of money you chose not to spend. Ghosted doesn't hold money for you and isn't a savings or financial product.

Your account

You're responsible for your device and sign-in. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Our content

The app, restaurants, photos, characters and brand belong to us. Share screenshots and receipts freely. Please don't reuse the artwork commercially without asking (see Press).

Liability

Ghosted is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for anything that happens because no food arrived. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support@ghostedeats.app.
